Barbara has more than a decade’s experience editing fiction and academic prose, both for clarity and for mechanics. She has taught English at Harper College, Tompkins County Community College, and Joliet Junior College, and happens to be an amazing cook as well. Barbara is co-editor on six volumes, five for the Chicago Linguistics Society and one for Mouton de Gruyter.
She is fluent in Spanish and proficient in French.
